The former president of New York University\u2019s College Republicans chapter<\/strong> has released a statement after being forced to resign from the role over comments made about Barron Trump.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NYU\u2019s Stern School of Business became the college of choice for the president\u2019s youngest son last year \u2013 the institution is regarded as one of the top business schools in America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aside from the fact that he is trailed by Secret Service agents wherever he goes and isn\u2019t likely to have a usual college experience in any way, shape or form, not much is known about Barron\u2019s life on campus, nor how he\u2019s settled in after beginning the next chapter of his life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps unsurprisingly she found herself heavily criticized online, with the College Republicans of America (CRA) labeling her comments \u2018inappropriate\u2019 and in conflict with its \u2018values and principles\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the story picked up more and more traction, Kaya ultimately resigned from her presidential role on Sunday night (February 16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, days later, she has broken her silence to address the controversy in an interview with the New York Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018\u201dI\u2019ve been killing myself trying to support the conservative movement,\u201d she said. \u201cEverybody knows that it\u2019s an uphill battle being a Republican at NYU.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She went on: \u201cI\u2019ve put my everything into building up my chapter. I built [attendance] up exponentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe\u2019s at Stern so he\u2019s studying business in some way. He\u2019s a ladies man for sure. He\u2019s really popular with the ladies,\u201d the source said. \u201cHe\u2019s tall and handsome.
